Please note that attendance for all four sessions is mandatory. Keep an empty stomach for every session: finish the last meal at least four hours before the class, snack 2.5 hours and beverages at least 1.5 hours before every session. It is best to wear comfortable or loose clothes.

To their own safety people who fall under any of the below categories are not eligible to participate at this time:
- Anyone who haven't reach the age of 14 yet
- Pregnant women
- Anyone who has had a major open surgery within the last 6 months
- Anyone who has had a laparoscopic surgery with the last 6 weeks
- If you have an active hernia

In an untrained state, the human body is a constant manifestation of various levels of compulsiveness. By consciously forming the body into a certain posture, one creates a conducive passage for energy flow that can elevate one’s consciousness. Yogasanas are a way of aligning the inner system and adjusting it to the celestial geometry, thereby becoming in sync with the existence and naturally achieving a chemistry of healthfulness, joyfulness, blissfulness, and above all, balance.

What to expect?
You may have noticed that for different mental and emotional situations that you go through, your body naturally tends to take a certain posture. If you are happy, you sit one way. When you are unhappy you sit another way. When you are peaceful you sit one way, if you are angry you sit another way. Many times, you can tell what is happening with someone by just observing the way they are sitting, have you noticed? Based on this, conversely is the science of asanas – by consciously getting your body into a certain posture, you can also elevate your consciousness. You can change the very way you feel, think, understand, and experience life by sitting in a particular way.
Yogasanas are not exercises. They are very subtle processes of manipulating your energy in a certain direction.
It needs to be done with a certain level of awareness. There are various levels of doing asanas. You can practice asanas just physically, or more deeply, being aware of the breath, sensations, reverberations, being aware of the nadis, or with appropriate mantras. You can even do asanas without moving a limb. That is also possible.
The practice is being transmitted in a highly committed environment with most precision and care, so you will feel empowered to integrate the practice in your life. The teacher has undergone an intense 1750+ hours teacher training, which is seen as one of the most excellent in the world, in an ashram in South India. You will gain deep knowledge of how to do the yoga practice given by the ancient world, which is the basis to let the effects blossom as you want them to.
Who can attend?
Everyone who wants to transform their life on the level of body, mind, emotions or energies is suitable to learn the practice. The workshop is suitable for complete yoga beginners, since it is being taught in a very defined step-by-step process, as well as for highly experienced striving yogis who want to bring their sadhana to the next level and learn pure yoga in the most proper way and in a purity which hasn't changed in more than 15,000 years.
It is important to implement the practice into your life in a highly supporting atmosphere and learn it the most proper way. That is why we offer whole yoga practices only in workshop modules. For Yogasanas it takes 4 sessions with 2,5 hours each session. All four sessions are mandatory to attend to complete the workshop and being able to practice at home alone.
