Every practice can also be taught in private classes. Additionally to that there are different practices which are especially designed for different approaches for wellbeing and to treat certain diseases. If you wish to be initiated in any of these special practices in a group class or want to be taught any practice in a private class you are very welcome to contact me via the contact form below. Some workshops just need a starting point and I can organize a group class around that. Both private and group classes can include various types of sessions and practices for each wellbeing and treatment module, aligned with your personal commitment level, condition and needs. Classes can be organised within the northern half of Germany.
