Our classical and authentic hatha yoga approach keeps the raw sacred form of yoga as it has been transmitted over more than 15.000 years without innovations, which is almost absent in the world today. 

 

Learn your own practice in a proper way. This means you learn it correctly with a lot of care to details in a committed atmosphere, because something that is as powerful as yoga has to be done with the most professional approach, otherwise you miss the whole purpose or it can even turn against you. The workshop builds the foundation so you feel empowered to do it on your own and implement the practice into your daily life.
